My aim is to teach preventatives to injuries by mastering functional movements and improving long-term health. Creating an intentional wellness plan from expert coaches to you...
In 2019, I suffered an LPHC injury at the collegiate level and endured rehabilitation for 9 months to recover and continue on in athletics. Today, I am a current fitness professional dedicated to bringing awareness to proper recovery of athletes and correct exercise techniques by helping others learn the effects on long-term health.
