Welcome back to the most difficult question to answer for any human in our species -
How can we surpass ‘Living our Life’? How can we overcome barriers? How can we remain happy?
Most of these questions stem from what is unknown to humankind. A lot of these diseases have been here for years BUT- the way they have progressively grown our numbers worldwide are SO SCARY.
The last statistic taken of people with Obesity/Morbidity is projected to be surpassed in the year 2050. What does this mean?
Well, Ladies and Gents, it is NOT looking too hot for us humans- unless we change the course :)
According to this Article I found (researching throughout the night out of curiosity) I keep trying to see if there really is a difference in the Morbidity/Mortality rate in Men vs. Women. Mind you, this is 14 YEARS of research they took from the U.S. National Health Interview Survey, and all are self-assessed.
The most interesting take on this is that they don’t give an explanation as to why Men are always at a higher rate of Morbidity/Mortality as opposed to women (Sorry Guys)
Leave me comment on what you think!
Case, Anne, and Christina Paxson. “Sex Differences in Morbidity and Mortality.” Demography 42, no. 2 (2005): 189–214.
“Our results indicate that the difference in self-assessed health between women and men can be entirely explained by differences in the distribution of the chronic conditions they face…implying that men may experience more-severe forms of these conditions.”
Wowza. Okay, Now I can understand where they come from and yes I agree. Still, what does this mean? A lot of the health problems we face are OUR fault, and ARGUABLY so is our SOCIETY that we create.
Chronic Health Conditions and Diseases are not easy to Inherit, and can be susceptible to anyone at anytime, sometimes out of nowhere. I am not saying that you need to be the best person and have the healthiest lifestyle to elongate your life. Just CHOOSE your path.
Vices are everywhere and affecting not only young adults but adolescence as well. Yes, It surely does not help that anyone can access ANY vice nowadays ALL throughout our Nation- It really is sad. (but we won’t talk about that)
Justify your way of living by breaking it down and making corrections to everything you do! Even if you have to start by counting your breaths a minute at a time. Life is simple.
Case, Anne, and Christina Paxson. “Sex Differences in Morbidity and Mortality.” Demography 42, no. 2 (2005): 189–214.
“While some of the difference in mortality can be explained by differences in the distribution of chronic conditions, an equally large share can be attributed to the larger adverse effects of these conditions on male mortality.”
This clears up what we have said before (no explanation as to why men have a greater effect) BUT-what we have always known.
Health is in itself Ever-changing, and everyBODY has a different body,
that can produce a different reaction.
How can I find a routine to stick to if everyone is different? Does mine need to be specific?
No! There really is NO set routine in a humans life, life is always bound to start “life-ing”by itself. The best thing to do is make a list! Break it down!
